Paneer Sweet Corn Sandwich

First recipe of a sandwich and it is Paneer Corn Sandwich. A quick recipe and so delicious. I have used ketchup and green chutney as a spread, you can skip either if desired.

Servings: makes 3 sandwiches


  1. Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) – 200 Grams (crumbled)
  2. Bread Slices – 6 (your choice of bread)
  3. Onion – 1 small (finely chopped), 1 medium (thinly sliced)
  4. Capsicum – 1 small (finely chopped)
  5. Sweet Corn – 1 cup (boiled)
  6. Tomato – 1 big (thinly sliced)
  7. Black Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  8. Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  9. Green Chutney – as required recipe here
  10. Tomato Ketchup – as required
  11. Oil and butter – for shallow frying the sandwiches
  12. Salt to taste.

How to make Paneer Sweet Corn Sandwich:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and capsicum. Saute till onions are translucent
  2. Add grated paneer and corn. Mix well
  3. Add black pepper powder, vinegar and salt. Mix well and keep aside the stuffing
  4. Take a slice of bread. Spread green chutney and ketchup
  5. Spread desired amount of stuffing. Place sliced onions and tomatoes
  6. Now place the other slice of the bread on top of it
  7. Meanwhile heat a non-stick pan or a grill pan or a sandwich maker
  8. Place the sandwich on it and cook from both the sides with butter or oil
  9. Your Paneer Sweet Corn Sandwich is ready
  10. Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
