Paneer Corn Sandwich

I haven’t shared a recipe for any sandwich yet. So here I start with Paneer Corn Sandwich. A quick recipe and so delicious.

Time: Preparation – 5 mins, Cooking – 25 mins, Total – 30 mins

Servings: 3


  1. Paneer (Cottage Cheese) – 200 Grams (grated)
  2. Bread – 6 slices
  3. Onion – 1 small (finely chopped), 1 medium (thinly sliced)
  4. Capsicum – 1 small (finely chopped)
  5. Sweet Corn – 1 cup (cooked)
  6. Tomato – 1 big (thinly sliced)
  7. Black Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  8. Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  9. Green Chutney – 3 tbsp recipe here
  10. Tomato Ketchup – 3 tbsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil and butter for cooking

How to make Paneer Corn Sandwich:

  1. Heat 1-2 tbsp of oil in a pan
  2. Add chopped onions and capsicum. Saute till onions are translucent
  3. Add grated paneer and corn. Mix well
  4. Add black pepper powder, vinegar and salt. Mix well
  5. Remove from the heat and keep aside the stuffing
  6. Take a slice a bread. Spread 1 tbsp green chutney and 1 tbsp ketchup
  7. Spread 2-3 tbsp of stuffing (depending on the size of the bread)
  8. Add sliced onions and tomatoes
  9. Now place the other slice of the bread on top of it
  10. Meanwhile heat a non-stick pan or a grill pan or a sandwich maker (I used the non-stick pan)
  11. Place the sandwich on it and cook from both the sides with butter
  12. Your Paneer Corn Sandwich is ready
  13. Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
