Buttermilk is a healthy and refreshing drink. Have it with your meal or enjoy it as a post meal drink, also helps in preventing bloating.

- Curd (Plain Yogurt) – 1/2 cup
- Roasted Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Mint Leaves – 2 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
- Chilled Water – 500 ml
- Black Salt or Regular Salt as per taste.
PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.
- Take a blending jar and add curd, mint leaves, coriander leaves, black salt & roasted cumin. Blend on pulse 3-4 times
- Add water and blend for a few seconds. Your Buttermilk is ready.
