Indo-Chinese Potato Bites are a quick-fix starter recipe. You’ll need a pack of your favorite potatoes bites or wedges, onions and capsicum and a few spices.

Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
- Potatoes Bites or Wedges – 3 cups (store-bought)
- Chopped Onion – 1/2 cup
- Chopped Capsicum – 1/2 cup
- Soy Sauce – 1/2 tbsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp
- Ground Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Oil for deep frying the bites or wedges + 1 tbsp.
PS: – 1 Cup = 250 ML.
How to make Indo-Chinese Potato Bites:
- Heat oil in a deep pan or a kadai. Fry the bites or wedges as per the instructions on the pack. Keep aside
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add onions and capsicum. Saute till onions are translucent
- Add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup and ground black pepper. Mix well. Your sauce is ready, turn off the flame
- Add fried bites or wedges. Mix gently
- Your Indo-Chinese Potato Bites are ready. Serve immediately.
Tip: Mix fried bites or wedges in the sauce right before serving, else it’ll become soggy.
