Blueberry Oats Smoothie

Oats smoothies are filling and healthy, and when berries are added it becomes super delicious too.

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients:

  1. Banana – 1 large
  2. Frozen Blueberries – 1.5 cups
  3. Rolled Oats – 1/2 cup
  4. Flax Seeds – 1 tbsp
  5. Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
  6. Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
  7. Almond Milk – 1 cup.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.

How to make Blueberry Oats Smoothie:

  1. Take a blending jar and add all the ingredients, blend until smooth. Your Blueberry Oats Smoothie is ready.
