Veggie Dosa Waffles

A super quick, healthy and tasty breakfast recipe, can also be enjoyed as a snack. You’ll need dosa batter and veggies of your choice to make these waffles. Relish with some Coconut Chutney.

Also try: Oats Uttapam, Upma, Vermicelli, Poha or Palak Oats Cheela.

Course: Breakfast or Snacks.

Cuisine: Indian

Time: Preparation – 10 mins, Cooking – 20 mins, Total – 30 mins.

Servings: makes 6-7 mini waffles.


  1. Dosa Batter – 1 cup
  2. Chopped Onions – 1/4 cup
  3. Chopped Tomato – 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped Capsicum – 1/4 cup
  5. Sweet Corn – 1/4 cup
  6. Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
  7. Oil to cook waffles
  8. Salt to taste.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.

How to make Veggie Dosa Waffles:

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well and let it rest for 10 mins
  2. Heat the waffle maker, grease it and pour the batter. Cook until golden brown and your Veggie Dosa Waffle is ready. Serve with some Coconut Chutney and enjoy!!!
