Chole Chaat | Chana Chaat | CHickpea Chaat

A healthy and delectable snack to binge on!!! Chole Chaat is quite easy to make, you’ll need boiled chickpeas & potato along with chopped onion, tomato, green chili & coriander leaves and some roasted peanuts & pumpkin seeds. You can replace potato with sweet potato if desired. 

Also try: Corn Chaat, Nacho Chaat, Aloo Chaat or Papdi Chaat.

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled Chickpeas (Chole) – 2 cups
  2. Boiled Potatoes – 1/2 cup (chopped)
  3. Onion – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
  4. Tomato – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
  5. Green Chili – 1 (finely chopped)
  6. Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  7. Roasted Peanuts – 1/4 cup
  8. Pumpkin Seeds – 1/4 cup
  9. Tamarind Chutney – 2 tbsp (follow recipe here or use store-bought one)
  10. Green Chutney – 2 tsp (follow recipe here or use store-bought one)
  11. Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
  12. Chaat Masala Powder – 1 tsp
  13. Sev to sprinkle on top
  14. Salt to taste.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.

How to make Chole Chaat:

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients except sev. Give it a nice mix
  2. Your Chole Chaat is ready, sprinkle some sev on top and serve!!!
