Crunchy and chocolaty with the goodness of Quinoa and extremely easy to make with just two ingredients which are in the name itself!

Ingredients:
- Puffed Quinoa – 1 cup (homemade or store-bought)
- Chocolate Chips of your choice – 1 cup, I have used dark chocolate chips
- Sea Salt Flakes to sprinkle on top, totally optional.
PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.
- Line a plate or a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep aside
- Add chocolate chips to a microwave safe mixing bowl. Microwave until melted, stirring every 30 secs
- Add puffed quinoa and fold it nicely

Form circular shapes from the mix either by using a cookie cutter, an ice cream scoop or a spoon. Place them on the prepared sheet or plate. Sprinkle some sea salt flakes
- Freeze for 30 mins and that’s it! Your Chocolate Quinoa Bites are ready. Store in an air-tight container.
