Paneer Salad

Crispy paneer cubes along with the goodness of greens, cucumbers and berries, and all this topped with flavourful yogurt sauce… here you got yourself a healthy and scrumptious Paneer Salad.

Tip: You can replace paneer with tofu and blueberries with another berry of your choice.

Ingredients:

  1. Paneer – 250 grams (chopped in cubes)
  2. Shredded Lettuce – 3 cups
  3. Blueberries – 1 cup (optional)
  4. English Cucumber – 1
  5. Small Onion – 1 (sliced)
  6. Yogurt Sauce – follow recipe here
  7. Za’atar Seasoning – 1 tsp
  8. Oil – 1 tsp
  9. White Sesame Seeds – 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.

How to make Paneer Salad:

  1. Take a mixing bowl. Add za’atar seasoning, salt and oil, and mix well. Add paneer cubes and toss well
  2. Transfer the paneer in the basket of the air fryer. Cook on 400 F for 8-10 mins or until golden and crisp. Shake the basket every 3 mins
  3. Prepare the yogurt sauce, follow recipe here
  4. Take a serving plate or a bowl. Spread the shredded lettuce, top it with sliced cucumbers, onions, blueberries and crispy paneer cubes, finally add the sauce. Mix and sprinkle white sesame seeds on the top, your Paneer Salad is ready. Enjoy!!!
