Ingredients:
- Whipping Cream – 2 cups
- Condensed Milk – 1 cup
- Fresh Cherries – about 450 grams (chopped and pitted)
- Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp.
PS: 1 Cup = 250 ml.
How to make Cherry Ice Cream:
- Add to cherries to a blending jar, blend to make a coarse paste. Keep aside
- Take a big mixing bowl and add whipping cream, beat with a hand mixer or a big whisk until it gets a stiff peak
- Add condensed milk and cherry paste. Mix gently until combined well or by using the hand mixer for a few secs
- Transfer it to a freezer safe container and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Your Cherry Ice Cream is ready, garnish it with some chopped cherries if desired while serving and enjoy
