Cherry Ice Cream

A must try recipe this summer, and it’s Cherry Ice Cream. Super easy to make with just a handful of ingredients.

Also try: Thandai Ice Cream, Nutella Ice Cream or Kesar Pista Ice Cream.

Time: Preparation – 30 mins, Freezing –  8 hours or overnight, Total – 8 hours 30 mins.

Ingredients:

  1. Whipping Cream – 2 cups
  2. Condensed Milk – 1 cup
  3. Fresh Cherries – about 450 grams (chopped and pitted) 
  4. Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ml.

How to make Cherry Ice Cream:

  1. Add to cherries to a blending jar, blend to make a coarse paste. Keep aside
  2. Take a big mixing bowl and add whipping cream, beat with a hand mixer or a big whisk until it gets a stiff peak
  3. Add condensed milk and cherry paste. Mix gently until combined well or by using the hand mixer for a few secs
  4. Transfer it to a freezer safe container and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Your Cherry Ice Cream is ready, garnish it with some chopped cherries if desired while serving and enjoy
