Bheega Kulcha

Bheega Kulcha is soft and fluffy kulcha (an Indian leavened flatbread) dipped in Amritsari Chole and relished with some green chutney and sliced onions, basically explosion of flavours on your palette. LOL!!!

Ingredients:

  1. Amirsari Chole – follow the recipe here
  2. Kulcha – 4
  3. Ghee (Clarified Butter) or Butter to toast the kulchas
  4. Green Chutney – follow the recipe here
  5. Sliced onions as needed for garnishing
  6. Julienned Ginger as needed for garnishing.

How to make Bheega Kulcha:

  1. Heat a pan or a tawa, spread some ghee and place the kulcha. Toast it from the both sides
  2. Now dip the toasted kulcha in warm Amritsari Chole for a min or two
  3. Take it out and place on the serving plate. Add some green chutney, julienned ginger and sliced onions. Enjoy!
