An easy and delicious recipe for Hummus. Relish it with chips or veggies and enjoy it in a salad.

Servings: makes 2 cups
Ingredients:
- Boiled Chickpea – 2 cups (drained well)
- Tahini – 1/3 cup
- Garlic – 1-2 cloves
- Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 2tbsp
- Paprika, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves to garnish
- Water as needed to blend
- Salt to taste.
How to make Falafel:
- Take a blender, add tahini and garlic along with 4 tbsp of water. Blend until smooth
- Add boiled chickpeas and blend until coarse
- Add lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Blend until you get smooth hummus. Add water as needed to blend, only add 1-2 tbsp at a time
- Your Hummus is ready. Garnish with some paprika, extra virgin olive oil and finely chopped coriander leaves
- Enjoy with chips, veggies or pita bread, or relish in a salad.
