Cucumber Raita

A simple and yummy raita. It goes well with sabji, roti or rice.

Servings: 3-4


  1. Dahi (Yogurt or Curd) – 1 cup
  2. Cucumber – 1 cup (grated)
  3. Mint Leaves – 1 tbsp
  4. Black Pepper powder – 1/3 tsp
  5. Chat Masala powder – 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML

How to make Cucumber Raita:

  1. Take a mixing bowl. Add dahi and whisk it to get a smooth consistency
  2. Add grated cucumber, mint leaves, black pepper powder, chat masala and salt
  3. Mix well. Your Cucumber Raita is ready
  4. Serve it as a side-dish.
