A delicious and healthy tikki recipe! You will need paneer, quinoa, a few veggies to make these. Relish with green chutney.

Servings: makes 10-12 tikkis.
Ingredients:
- Paneer – 1 cup (grated)
- Boiled Quinoa – 1 cup
- Ground Oats – 1/4 cup
- Garlic – 2 cloves (grated)
- Onion – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Capsicum or Bell Pepper – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil to pan-fry the tikkis
- Chaat Masala Powder to sprinkle on top
- Pumpkin Seeds to sprinkle on top
- Salad and Lemon Wedges to serve
- Green Chutney to serve (follow recipe here).
PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.
How to make Paneer Quinoa Tikka or Patties:
- Take a mixing bowl and add paneer, boiled quinoa, ground oats, onion, capsicum, garlic, coriander leaves, garam masala powder and salt. Mix well and make a dough
- Now make round shape tikkis from the mix
- Heat a pan and spread some oil, place the tikkis. Cook on medium flame until crisp and brown, then flip and similarly do the other side
- Your Paneer Quinoa Tikkis are ready, sprinkle some chaat masala and pumpkin seeds on top and serve with green chutney, salad and lemon wedges, Enjoy!
