Ingredients:
- Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) – 1 cup (crumbled)
- Orange (Peeled and Chopped) – 1 cup
- Roasted Peanuts – 1/4 cup
- Dried Cranberries – 2 tbsp
- Pumpkin Seeds – 2 tbsp
- Tomato (Chopped) – 2 tbsp
- Onion (Chopped) – 2 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped) – 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
- Chaat Masala Powder – 1 tsp
- Ground Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste.
PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.
How to make Paneer Orange Salad:
