Paneer Orange Salad

Ingredients:

  1. Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) – 1 cup (crumbled)
  2. Orange (Peeled and Chopped) – 1 cup
  3. Roasted Peanuts – 1/4 cup
  4. Dried Cranberries – 2 tbsp
  5. Pumpkin Seeds – 2 tbsp
  6. Tomato (Chopped) – 2 tbsp
  7. Onion (Chopped) – 2 tbsp
  8. Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped) – 2 tbsp
  9. Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
  10. Chaat Masala Powder – 1 tsp
  11. Ground Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt to taste.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.

How to make Paneer Orange Salad:

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and give it a nice mix
  2. Transfer it to a serving bowl and your Paneer Orange Salad is ready!
