Ingredients:
- Roasted Vermicelli – 1 cup
- Paneer – 200 grams (chopped in small cubes)
- Chopped Cabbage – 1 cup
- Sliced Onion – 1 cup
- Sliced Capsicum – 1 cup
- Spring Onions – 1/2 cup (separate onions and greens) (optional)
- Garlic – 1 cloves (finely chopped)
- Ginger – 1/2 inch (finely chopped)
- Fresh Red Finger Pepper – 1 (optional)
- Maggi Masala – 2 packets
- Ground Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water – 4 cups (to boil the vermicelli)
- Oil – 2 tbsp.
PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.
How to make Vermicelli Maggi:
- Boil water in the a saucepan, add salt and vermicelli. Cook until soft, drain in a colander and keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic, saute until fragrant
- Add onions and spring onions white, and saute for 1-2 mins
- Add cabbage and capsicum, cook until soft
- Add paneer, red finger pepper, maggi masala, ground black pepper, chilli flakes and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 mins
- Add cooked vermicelli and spring onion greens. Mix well and Vermicelli Maggi is ready, enjoy!
