Vermicelli Maggi

Do try this vermicelli maggi which is loaded with veggies and has the magic of maggi masala.

Ingredients:

  1. Roasted Vermicelli – 1 cup
  2. Paneer – 200 grams (chopped in small cubes)
  3. Chopped Cabbage – 1 cup
  4. Sliced Onion – 1 cup
  5. Sliced Capsicum – 1 cup
  6. Spring Onions – 1/2 cup (separate onions and greens) (optional)
  7. Garlic – 1 cloves (finely chopped)
  8. Ginger – 1/2 inch (finely chopped)
  9. Fresh Red Finger Pepper – 1 (optional)
  10. Maggi Masala – 2 packets
  11. Ground Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
  12. Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Water – 4 cups (to boil the vermicelli)
  15. Oil – 2 tbsp.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.

How to make Vermicelli Maggi:

  1. Boil water in the a saucepan, add salt and vermicelli. Cook until soft, drain in a colander and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic, saute until fragrant
  3. Add onions and spring onions white, and saute for 1-2 mins
  4. Add cabbage and capsicum, cook until soft
  5. Add paneer, red finger pepper, maggi masala, ground black pepper, chilli flakes and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 mins
  6. Add cooked vermicelli and spring onion greens. Mix well and Vermicelli Maggi is ready, enjoy!
