Chinese Maggi

Quick and easy. Loved by all!!!

Time: Preparation – 5 mins, Cooking – 10 mins, Total – 15 mins

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  1. Maggi – 2 Packets
  2. Onion – 1/2 cup (thinly sliced)
  3. Capsicum – 1/3 cup (julienned)
  4. Carrot – 1/3 cup (julienned)
  5. Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
  6. Vinegar – 1 tsp
  7. Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
  8. Olive Oil – 2 tbsp (you can use refined oil as well)
  9. Water – 400 ML (to cook maggi)
  10. Salt to taste

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML

How to make Chinese Maggi:

  1. Cook maggi as per the instructions on the packet. Keep it aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add onions, carrots and capsicum. Saute till onions are translucent
  4. Add black pepper, soya sauce, vinegar and salt. Cook for a minute
  5. Add cooked maggi. Mix well
  6. Your Chinese Maggi is ready to serve. Serve Hot!!!
