Chinese Maggi

A nice and delicious Indo-Chinese twist to our favorite Maggi.

Time: Preparation – 5 mins, Cooking – 10 mins, Total – 15 mins.

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  1. Maggi – 2 Packets
  2. Onion – 1/2 cup (julienned)
  3. Capsicum – 1/2 cup (julienned)
  4. Cabbage – 1 cup (julienned)
  5. Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
  6. Vinegar – 1 tsp
  7. Ground Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
  8. Oil – 1 tbsp
  9. Water to cook Maggi
  10. Salt to taste.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML

How to make Chinese Maggi:

  1. Cook Maggi as per the instructions on the packet
  2. While Maggi is cooking, heat oil in a pan and add onions, capsicum & cabbage. Saute till tender
  3. Add ground black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar and salt. Mix and cook for a few seconds
  4. Add cooked maggi and give it a gentle mix. Your Chinese Maggi is ready. Serve Hot!!!
