Paneer Corn

Paneer Corn is a delicious and an easy recipe of paneer.

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients:

  1. Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) – 200 grams (cut in cubes)
  2. Boiled Sweet Corn – 1 cup
  3. Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
  4. Green Chili – 1 (finely chopped)
  5. Tomato – 1 large (finely chopped)
  6. Mint Leaves – 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  7. Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
  8. Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
  10. Red Chili Powder – 1/4 tsp
  11. Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
  12. Ground Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
  13. Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  14. Fresh Cream – 1 tbsp
  15. Oil – 2 tbsp
  16. Salt to taste.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.

How to make Paneer Corn:

  1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter
  2. Add onion and green chili. Saute until light golden brown
  3. Add tomatoes, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and ground black pepper. Mix and cook until oil starts to separate
  4. Add sweet corn, paneer and salt. Mix and cook for about 3 mins
  5. Add cream, mint leaves and garam masala powder. Mix and cook for a min. Your Paneer Corn is ready. Serve Hot!!!
