Cucumber Tomato Raita

Fasting food is never complete without yogurt. Easiest recipe of all. Perfect side dish for your fasting meal. Enjoy!!!

Servings: 2-3


  1. Dahi (Yogurt or Curd) – 1 cup
  2. Cucumber – 1 (grated)
  3. Tomato – 1 medium (seeded and finely chopped)
  4. Mint Leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  5. Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  6. Green Chili – 1 (seeded and finely chopped)
  7. Black Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
  8. Rock Salt – to taste.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML

How to make Cucumber Tomato Raita:

  1. Take a mixing bowl. Add dahi and whisk it to get a smooth consistency
  2. Add grated cucumber, tomatoes, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, black pepper powder and rock salt
  3. Mix well. Your Cucumber Tomato Raita is ready.
