Mango Banana Oats Smoothie

Mango is a summer fruit and when it’s around we try different recipes with it, and Mango Smoothie has to be one of them.

Time: Preparation – 5 mins, Total – 5 mins.

Servings: 1-2


  1. Banana – 1 large
  2. Frozen Mango – 1.5 cups
  3. Rolled Oats – 1/2 cup
  4. Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
  5. Almond Milk – 1 cup.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.

How to make Mango Banana Oats Smoothie:

  1. Take a blending jar and add all the ingredients, Blend until frothy and smooth. Your Mango Banana Oats Smoothie is ready.
