Dates Protein Smoothie

Try this luscious and rich protein smoothie which is has no added sugar! It’s made with dates, protein powder, oats and milk.

Tips: Use protein powder and milk of your choice to make this smoothie. I have used chocolate flavoured protein powder and 2% reduced fat milk.

Also try: Mango Smoothie, Blueberry Smoothie or Chocolate Smoothie.

Time: Preparation – 10 mins, Total – 10 mins.

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  1. Ground Oats – 1/2 cup
  2. Pitted Large Dates – 5
  3. Protein Powder (of your choice) – 3 scoop
  4. Milk (of your choice) – 1.5 cup
  5. A Pinch of Cinnamon
  6. Ice Cubes as needed.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.

How to make Dates Protein Smoothie:

  1. Soak dates in hot water for 5 mins, then drain the water and keep aside
  2. Take a blending jar and add dates, ground oats, protein powder and cinnamon. Blend on pulse for a few times to mix well
  3. Add milk and ice cubes, blend again until frothy and smooth
  4. Your Dates Protein Smoothie is ready. Enjoy!
