Try this luscious and rich protein smoothie which is has no added sugar! It’s made with dates, protein powder, oats and milk.
Tips: Use protein powder and milk of your choice to make this smoothie. I have used chocolate flavoured protein powder and 2% reduced fat milk.

Ingredients:
- Ground Oats – 1/2 cup
- Pitted Large Dates – 5
- Protein Powder (of your choice) – 3 scoop
- Milk (of your choice) – 1.5 cup
- A Pinch of Cinnamon
- Ice Cubes as needed.
PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.
How to make Dates Protein Smoothie:
- Soak dates in hot water for 5 mins, then drain the water and keep aside
- Take a blending jar and add dates, ground oats, protein powder and cinnamon. Blend on pulse for a few times to mix well
- Add milk and ice cubes, blend again until frothy and smooth
- Your Dates Protein Smoothie is ready. Enjoy!
