Buttermilk or Chaas is a summer drink which is very common in India. It is made out of plain yogurt. It is also very good for stomach and often served with the meals.
Time: Preparation – 10 mins, Total – 10 mins
- Curd (Dahi or Plain Yogurt) – 1 cup
- Black Salt – as required
- Roasted Cumin – 1/3 tsp
- Water – 2 cups
PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML
- Take a blender. Add curd, black salt, roasted cumin. Blend for a few seconds
- Now add water and again blend for a few seconds
- Your Buttermilk is ready
- Enjoy with your meals or as is.
