Buttermilk is a healthy and refreshing drink. Have it with your meal or enjoy it as a post meal drink, also helps in preventing bloating.

  1. Curd (Plain Yogurt) – 1/2 cup
  2. Roasted Cumin – 1/2 tsp
  3. Mint Leaves – 2 tbsp
  4. Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
  5. Chilled Water – 500 ml
  6. Black Salt or Regular Salt as per taste.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.

  1. Take a blending jar and add curd, mint leaves, coriander leaves, black salt & roasted cumin. Blend on pulse 3-4 times
  2. Add water and blend for a few seconds. Your Buttermilk is ready.
