Aloo Paneer Curry is a delicious gravy dish, it can relished with rice or phulkas. It is a combination of potatoes and Indian cottage cheese, along with some spices and onions & tomatoes.

Ingredients:
- Boiled Potato – 2 medium-large (crumbled or chopped)
- Paneer – 100 grams (cut in cubes)
- Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)
- Ginger – 1/2 inch (finely chopped)
- Garlic – 2 cloves (finely chopped)
- Tomato – 2 medium (blend to a smooth paste)
- Green Chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Chana Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp (optional)
- Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves for garnishing
- Water – 2 cups or as required (depends on the thickness you want)
- Ghee (Clarified Butter) or Oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste.
PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML
How to make Aloo Paneer Curry:
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan or a kadai. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter
- Add ginger, garlic and onions. Saute till golden brown
- Add tomato paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chana masala powder and kasuri methi. Mix and cook till oil starts to separate
- Add potatoes and salt. Mix and cook for 2-3 mins
- Add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil. Now cook for 5-7 mins on med flame, stirring occasionally
- Add paneer and garam masala powder. Mix and cook for a min
- Turn off the flame and add coriander leaves. Mix well and your Aloo Paneer Curry is ready!!!
