Paneer Sweet Corn Bhurji

Paneer Bhurji is one of the easiest recipes made with paneer and relished by everyone. I added sweet corn to the same recipe and “woo”… it turned out very well. A must try!!!

Servings: 2-3


  1. Paneer (Cottage Cheese) – 200 grams (crushed or grated)
  2. Sweet Corn – 1/2 cup (boiled)
  3. Onion – 1 medium (julienned)
  4. Tomato – 1 large (finely chopped)
  5. Green Chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
  6. Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  8. Red Chilli powder – 1/3 tsp
  9. Garam Masala powder – 1/3 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder – 1/3 tsp
  11. Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  12. Oil – 3 tbsp
  13. Salt to taste

How to make Paneer Bhurji:

  1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter
  2. Add onions. Saute till golden brown
  3. Add tomatoes and spices – red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Cook till oil starts to separate
  4. Add paneer, sweet corn and salt. Mix well. Cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame
  5. Turn off the flame. Add coriander leaves and garam masala powder. Mix
  6. Your Paneer Sweet Corn Bhurji is ready. Serve hot!!!
