Paneer Sweet Corn Bhurji

Paneer Bhurji is one of the easiest recipes made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and relished by everyone. I added sweet corn to the same recipe and “woo”, it enhanced the flavor and was super delicious.

  1. Paneer (Cottage Cheese) – 200 grams (crushed or grated)
  2. Sweet Corn – 1/2 cup (boiled)
  3. Onion – 1 medium (julienned)
  4. Tomato – 1 large (finely chopped)
  5. Green Chilli – 1-2 (finely chopped)
  6. Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  8. Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
  9. Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
  10. Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
  11. Oil – 3 tbsp
  12. Coriander Leaves for garnishing
  13. Salt to taste.

How to make Paneer Bhurji:

  1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter
  2. Add onions and green chillies. Saute till golden brown
  3. Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Cook till oil starts to separate
  4. Add paneer, sweet corn and salt. Mix and cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame
  5. Turn off the flame. Add coriander leaves and garam masala powder. Mix
  6. Your Paneer Sweet Corn Bhurji is ready. Serve hot!!!
