Paneer Sweet Corn Bhurji

Paneer Bhurji is one of the easiest recipes made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese). This recipe is a little different and equally delicious.

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients:

  1. Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) – 1 cup (crumbled)
  2. Boiled Sweet Corn – 1 cup
  3. Capsicum – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  4. Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
  5. Tomato – 1 large (finely chopped)
  6. Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
  7. Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  8. Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
  10. Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
  11. Oil – 2 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste.

How to make Paneer Sweet Corn Bhurji:

  1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter
  2. Add onions and  capsicum. Saute until soft
  3. Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Cook till oil starts to separate
  4. Add paneer, sweet corn, garam masala powder and salt. Mix and cook for 3-4 mins
  5. Your Paneer Sweet Corn Bhurji is ready. Serve hot!!!
