Paneer Bhurji Gravy

Paneer Bhurji Gravy is a semi gravy dish made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese). Paneer Bhurji is a well known Indian recipe as it’s delicious and a quick one to make, this recipe is quite different from that as we make a very palatable tomato paste for it, which is so rich in flavours. Enjoy it with Phulkas, Parathas, Whole Wheat Naan or Jeera Rice
