This is one of the easiest snacks I ever made. All of the ingredients are in the name itself; crackers, pesto and paneer (Indian cottage cheese). These three get along so well and do justice to the palate. You can replace paneer with your favorite cheese if desired.

Time: Preparation – 10 mins, Cooking – 10 mins, Total – 20 mins.
- Crackers (of your choice) – 16-20
- Pesto – as needed (follow recipe here)
- Paneer – as needed (crumbled).
How to make Cracker with Pesto Paneer:
