Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Summer Time!!! Smoothie Time!!! Smoothie recipes are always simple, quick and easy. Love it as it’s a quick-fix breakfast too.

Time: Preparation – 5 mins, Total – 5 mins.

Servings: 1-2


  1. Banana – 1 large
  2. Frozen Blueberries – 1.5 cups
  3. Flax Seeds – 1 tbsp
  4. Almond Milk – 1 cup.

PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.

How to make Banana Blueberry Smoothie:

  1. Take a blending jar and add all the ingredients. Blend until frothy and smooth
  2. Your Banana Blueberry Smoothie is ready.
