Yogurt Parfait

Parfait doesn’t need any extra introduction, it is a perfect dessert to enjoy. This simple recipe is for fruit and yogurt parfait, which makes it healthy and tasty.

  1. Plain or Fruit Greek Yogurt – around 300 grams
  2. Strawberry – 4 (chopped)
  3. Kiwi – 1 (chopped)
  4. Granola or Nuts for topping.

How to make Yogurt Parfait:

  1. In each glass or parfait glass make a layer of yogurt then a layer of fruits, repeat a second layer and finally top it with granola or nuts of your choice. Enjoy your nutritious Yogurt Parfait breakfast, you can also refrigerate it for about 3 days.
