A super quick, healthy and tasty breakfast recipe, can also be enjoyed as a snack. You’ll need dosa batter and veggies of your choice to make these waffles. Relish with some Coconut Chutney.
Also try: Oats Uttapam, Upma, Vermicelli, Poha or Palak Oats Cheela.
Course: Breakfast or Snacks.
Time: Preparation – 10 mins, Cooking – 20 mins, Total – 30 mins.
Servings: makes 6-7 mini waffles.
- Dosa Batter – 1 cup
- Chopped Onions – 1/4 cup
- Chopped Tomato – 1/4 cup
- Chopped Capsicum – 1/4 cup
- Sweet Corn – 1/4 cup
- Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Oil to cook waffles
- Salt to taste.
PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.
How to make Veggie Dosa Waffles:
- Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well and let it rest for 10 mins
- Heat the waffle maker, grease it and pour the batter. Cook until golden brown and your Veggie Dosa Waffle is ready. Serve with some Coconut Chutney and enjoy!!!
