Happy New Year People!!! Try this new fusion recipe… Paneer Pakora Waffles. These are healthy, soft and totally delicious. Enjoy them in breakfast, snack or even in a meal.

Time: Preparation – 10 mins, Cooking – 20 mins, Total – 30 mins.
Servings: makes 6-7 mini waffles.
Ingredients:
- Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) – 250 grams
- Gram Flour – 1 cup
- Green Chili – 1-2 (finely chopped)
- Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Carom Seeds (Ajwain) – 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Water – about 200 ml
- Oil to cook waffles
- Salt to taste
- Green Chutney as needed (recipe here)
- Ketchup as needed.
PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.
How to make Paneer Pakora Waffles:
- Take a mixing bowl. Add gram flour, coriander powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, carom seeds and salt. Mix with a wired whisk or a spoon and add water in portions to make a medium consistency batter
- Add green chilies and coriander leaves, mix and keep aside for 5 mins
- Heat the waffle maker, grease it, pour about 2 tbsp of batter, place the paneer slice, again pour about 2 tbsp batter to cover the paneer. Close and cook until golden brown. Your Paneer Pakora Waffle is ready. Enjoy! with chutney or ketchup!!
