How to make Til Khoya Ladoo:

  1. Heat a pan or a kadai. Add sesame seeds and dry roast for 3-4 mins with continuous stirring on a medium flame, it’ll be fragrant and will slightly change color. Don’t over do it. Transfer it to a plate or a bowl to cool down, once cool transfer to a grinding jar and pulse a few times to make a coarse powder. Keep aside
  2. In the same pan add ghee and khoya. Cook for about 5 mins on a medium flame, it’ll be grainy. Transfer it to a plate or a mixing bowl, wait until it’s warm or easy to handle
  3. Now add roasted sesame seeds, sugar and cardamom powder to khoya, mix well. Make small-medium size ladoo from the mixture
