A perfect delight, Til Khoya Ladoo. Prepared with just 5 ingredients, these bites are just melt in mouth and you can’t eat just one! LOL!!!
Also Try: Peanut Gajak, Gajar Halwa or Dry Fruit Ladoo.

Time: Preparation – 15 mins, Cooking – 10 mins, Total – 25 mins.
Servings: makes about 14-15 ladoos.
Ingredients:
- White Sesame Seeds (Til) – 1/2 cup
- Khoya (Mawa) – 3/4 cup (crumbled)
- Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Clarified Butter (Ghee) – 1 tsp.
PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.
How to make Til Khoya Ladoo:
- Heat a pan or a kadai. Add sesame seeds and dry roast for 3-4 mins with continuous stirring on a medium flame, it’ll be fragrant and will slightly change color. Don’t over do it. Transfer it to a plate or a bowl to cool down, once cool transfer to a grinding jar and pulse a few times to make a coarse powder. Keep aside
- In the same pan add ghee and khoya. Cook for about 5 mins on a medium flame, it’ll be grainy. Transfer it to a plate or a mixing bowl, wait until it’s warm or easy to handle
- Now add roasted sesame seeds, sugar and cardamom powder to khoya, mix well. Make small-medium size ladoo from the mixture
- Your Til Khoya Ladoos are ready, enjoy!!!
