Ingredients:
- Roughly Chopped Spinach – about 2 cups
- Gram Flour – 3/4 cup
- Rice Flour – 1 tbsp (optional, for more crunch)
- Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 2
- Carrom Seeds (Ajwain) – 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/3 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chaat Masala to sprinkle on top
- Water – 1/4 cup or as needed
- Oil to fry the pakoras

How to Make Palak Pakoras:
- Take a mixing bowl and add spinach, gram flour, rice flour, chopped green chilli, carrom seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, salt and water. Mix well to make a thick batter
- Heat oil in a deep kadai or a pan
- Take about a tbsp of the mix and drop it in the hot oil. Deep fry until golden and crisp, drain on a kitchen paper towel and similarly do the rest
- Your Palak Pakoras are ready, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot with Mint-Coriander Chutney, Tamarind Chutney or Ketchup
