Masala Macaroni is the Indian version of pasta. We make this delicious recipe with onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, paneer and a few spices. Paneer is optional and you can also adjust the spices as per your taste.

Ingredients:
- Macaroni Pasta – 2 cups
- Paneer – 150 grams (chopped in small cubes)
- Onion – 1 large (sliced)
- Tomatoes – 3 small-medium (blend to a smooth paste)
- Capsicum – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala Powder – 2 tsp
- Ground Pepper – 1 tsp
- Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves for garnishing
- Water to boil macaroni
- Salt to taste.
PS: 1 cup = 250 ML.
How to make Masala Macaroni:
- Boil macaroni as per the instructions on the pack. Strain and keep aside
- While macaroni is cooking, heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter
- Add onions and cook until translucent
- Add capsicum and cook until tender
- Add tomatoes and cook until oil starts to separate
- Add paneer, ketchup, mayonnaise, chaat masala powder, ground pepper, chilli flakes and salt. Mix and cook for a min or two
- Add boiled macaroni and mix well
- Turn off the flame and add coriander leaves and mix
- Your Masala Macaroni is ready. Enjoy!!!
