Black Chickpea Sliders

Black Chickpea Sliders are scrumptious and have the Indian touch. You can use regular chickpeas instead to make these. Also try Bean Sliders.

Tips:

  1. You can also deep fry the patties for more crunchiness in your sliders, then add bread crumbs in your mix to make it stiff for frying
  2. For these sliders I had soaked 1/2 cup black chickpeas over night, boiled them in sufficient water until soft and finally drained all the excess water
  3. You can bake the patties as well.

Also try: Veg Patty with Pesto, Bean Sliders, Cracker Bites with Spicy Potato or Paneer Spinach Stuffed Peppers.
