Indo-Chinese Potatoes Bites

Indo-Chinese Potato Bites are a quick-fix starter recipe. You’ll need a pack of your favorite potatoes bites or wedges, onions and capsicum and a few spices.

Servings: 3-4


  1. Potatoes Bites or Wedges – 3 cups (store-bought)
  2. Onion – 1 large (julienned)
  3. Capsicum – 1 (julienned)
  4. Soya Sauce – 1/2 tbsp
  5. Vinegar – 1 tsp
  6. Tomato Ketchup – 4 tbsp
  7. Ground Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
  8. Oil – for frying the bites or wedges.

PS: – 1 Cup = 250 ML.

How to make Indo-Chinese Potato Bites:

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan or a kadai. Fry the bites or wedges as per the instructions on the pack. Keep aside
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add onions and capsicum. Saute till onions are translucent
  3. Add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup and black powder. Mix
  4. Add fried bites or wedges. Mix well
  5. Your Indo-Chinese Potato Bites are ready. Serve immediately.
