Yogurt Sandwich

Absolutely easy, yummy and healthy sandwich to make. You’ll need some veggies, greek yogurt and sourdough to make these. Enjoy it in breakfast or lunch!

Tips:

  1. You can substitute sourdough with bread of your choice
  2. Greek yogurt can be substituted with hung curd or thick curd
  3. Veggies can be adjusted as per your taste.

Servings: makes 2 sandwiches.

Ingredients:

  1. Sourdough – 4 slices
  2. Greek Yogurt – 250 grams
  3. Finely Chopped Tomato – 2 tbsp
  4. Finely Chopped Cucumber – 2 tbsp
  5. Finely Chopped Onion – 1 tbsp
  6. Boiled or Steamed Sweet Corn – 2 tbsp
  7. Grated Beet – 2 tbsp
  8. Grated Carrot – 2 tbsp
  9. Finely Chopped Coriander – 1 tbsp
  10. Finely Chopped Mint – 1 tbsp
  11. Ground Pepper – 1/2 tsp
  12. Chaat Masala Powder – 1 tsp
  13. Butter to toast sourdough
  14. Salt as needed.

How to make Yogurt Sandwich:

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients, except sourdough and butter. Mix well and keep aside the stuffing
  2. Heat a pan and toast the sourdough slices with a little butter
  3. Place the toasted sourdough slice on a flat surface, generously spread the stuffing and top it with the other slice. Similarly make the other sandwich. Your Yogurt Sandwich is ready, enjoy!!!
