Potato and Paneer go so well together. Crispy bites are a snack or a starter recipe. We take boiled potatoes, paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) and spices; mix them together to a fine paste, roll it in Vermicelli (yes, Vermicelli) and deep fry them. Recipe is different and delicious.
