A simple and easy recipe for homemade Garlic Bread. It is a delicious snack to enjoy as is or have it along with your favourite pasta dish.

Time: Preparation – 10 mins, Baking – 11 mins, Total – 21 mins.
Servings: makes around 15 pieces, depending on the size of the loaf
Ingredients:
- French Loaf – 1
- Butter – 1/4 cup (softened)
- Garlic – 2 cloves (grated or minced)
- Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Dried Basil – 1/2 tsp
- Dried Oregano – 1/2 tsp
- Crushed Red Chilli – 1/2 tsp
- Ground Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese to sprinkle on top.
PS: 1 Cup = 250 ML.
How to make Garlic Bread:
- Pre-heat the oven to 400 F or 200 C. Line a large baking sheet with aluminium foil or parchment paper and keep aside
- Take the loaf and cut it into pieces of about 1 inch thickness, keep aside
- Take a small mixing bowl. Add butter, garlic, coriander leaves, dried basil, dried oregano, crushed red chilli and ground black pepper. Mix well and spread it evenly over each piece. Top it with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Bake for 11 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown. Your Garlic Bread is ready, enjoy!!!
