How to make Double Chocolate Brownies:

  2. In a large mixing bowl add butter, oil, white sugar and brown sugar. Whisk to combine
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract and salt. Whisk for 1-2 mins until combined and light
  4. Add all-purpose flour and cocoa powder. Switch to a big spoon and mix until no flour is visible
  5. Gently fold half of the roughly chopped chocolate bar
  6. Pour the batter into the pan. Smooth the top and top it with the remaining half of the chopped chocolate bar
  7. Bake for 30-35 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs but not wet
  8. Let the brownies cool in the pan. Once they are completely cool, lift the edges of the parchment paper and transfer the brownies to a cutting board. Slice it and enjoy.
