Missi Roti

Missi Roti is a famous North Indian bread. It is made out of gram flour and whole wheat flour. You can make it as tawa roti or tandoor style (like wheat kulcha recipe I shared). It is a simple recipe.

Also try: Kulcha or Poori.

  8. Cook from both the sides till get a few brown spots all over
  9. Once you get the brown spots on both the sides, remove it from the tawa with the help of a tongs and place it directly on the flame (you can even cook it on the tawa itself if you have an electric flame)
  10. Cook from both the sides with the tongs. It should be as shown in the image
  11. Remove it from the flame and grease it with ghee
  12. Your Missi Roti is ready. Serve hot with your favorite curry.
